Building relationships is at the heart of everything we do here at Lofton Wealth Strategies LLC. In serving rural and urban communities there are many obstacles that must be overcome. In creating our programs, we first had to identify the barriers to adoption. Only when we were able to identify the obstacles, could we begin to create a system to break down the barriers to adoption and provide the solution. We were able to identify five barriers of a nonproductive economic culture.

As a network, building relationships are the tools of our trade. Rural and urban communities have become numb to the possibility of opportunity. They have been made so many promises, that have never been realized, that they have lost hope that things will ever change. They have been used by other communities, as steppingstones and a foundation, to build wealth. yet, they themselves continue to live in lack and poverty. To overcome this lack of trust and reverse the effects of a nonproductive economic culture, we must first begin to build a relationship of trust. What happens to communities when they lose faith and belief in themselves? They lose their creativity and ability to imagine pathways to success. Lofton Wealth Strategies LLC has developed a 10-point relationship method to assist our members who choose to participate in the WSK Business and Real Estate Programs. 



WSK Business Program

Lofton Wealth Strategies LLC, business program is designed to increase the wealth of the WSK network members and at the same time revitalize rural and urban communities. Our network will play a significant role in helping to create and fund businesses that will operate in the best interest of our communities. One of our goals is to reduce and eliminate the effects of businesses that prey on our target population such as pay day loan companies, convenient stores, liquor stores and any business that does not enhance the public welfare and promote greater financial and civic responsibility within our targeted communities.

 

We have created a detailed step by step membership action plan (MAP) to assist our members who choose to participate in this program, quickly identify potential revenue opportunities within our targeted markets. Those members will work to foster a positive image and help to create an economic magnetic production zone (EMP) to utilize the untapped intellectual and economic potential within our rural and urban communities

 Our members will learn: 

1. How to identify geographical areas within our target markets (EMP Zones) with the potential for growth and development

2. How to identify projects within (EMP Zones)

3. How to create proposals to submit to potential partners within the (EMP Zone) both commercial and residential.

4. How to create a network team to further identify opportunities within the (EMP Zone)

5. How to apply and submit a proposal to Lofton Wealth Strategies LLC for funding.
