Building relationships is at the heart of everything we do. In serving rural and urban communities, many obstacles must be overcome. When creating our programs, we first had to identify the barriers to adoption. Only after we identified the obstacles could we create a system to break them down and provide a solution.

We were able to identify five key barriers to a nonproductive economic culture:

  1. Replacing logic with negative emotional responses.
  2. Celebrating false images of success.
  3. Bragging about negative, counterproductive behavior.
  4. Failing forward without learning the lessons of the past.
  5. Honoring the ability to simply survive in a harsh environment.

As a network, building relationships is our most essential tool. Rural and urban communities have been made so many promises that never came to be; they have become numb to the possibility of opportunity. They have been used as steppingstones by others to build wealth, yet they continue to live in lack and poverty.

To overcome this lack of trust, we must first build a foundation of trust. When communities lose faith and belief in themselves, they lose their creativity and ability to imagine pathways to success.

To address this, Lofton Wealth Strategies LLC developed a 10-point Relationship Method to assist our members who participate in the WSK Business and Real Estate Programs.



WSK Business Program

Lofton Wealth Strategies LLC's business program is designed to increase the wealth of our network members while revitalizing rural and urban communities. Our network will play a significant role in creating and funding businesses that operate in the best interest of these communities. One of our primary goals is to reduce and eliminate the negative effects of businesses that prey on our target population, such as payday loan companies and any other businesses that does not enhance public welfare or promote financial and civic responsibility.

We have created a detailed Membership Action Plan (MAP) to help members who choose to participate in this program quickly identify potential revenue opportunities. By working together, our members will foster a positive image and help create an Economic Magnetic Production Zone (EMP) to utilize the untapped intellectual and economic potential within our rural and urban communities. As a member, you will learn how to:

  1. Identify geographical areas with high growth and development potential within our target markets (EMP Zones).
  2. Identify specific projects and opportunities within those zones.
  3. Create proposals to submit to potential partners within the EMP Zone.
  4. Build a network team to identify even more opportunities.
  5. Apply for funding by submitting a proposal to WSK Financial LLC.
